Creating Email Accounts in cPanel

cPanel makes it easy to create and manage professional email accounts for your domain.

Step-by-Step Guide

1. Log in to your cPanel account
2. Navigate to the "Email" section
3. Click on "Email Accounts"
4. Click the "Create" button
5. Fill in the required information:
   • Email: Choose your desired email address
   • Password: Create a strong password
   • Mailbox Quota: Set storage limit (or unlimited)
6. Click "Create"

Email Client Configuration

After creating your email account, configure it in your preferred email client:

IMAP Settings:

• Incoming Server: mail.yourdomain.com
• Incoming Port: 993 (SSL) or 143 (non-SSL)
• Outgoing Server: mail.yourdomain.com
• Outgoing Port: 465 (SSL) or 587 (TLS)
• Username: Full email address
• Password: Your email password
